Your Safety

We take the health and safety of our guests seriously and this is why we now only accept one party bookings.  As a small business we are able to switch between the varying levels of lockdown with ease.  Some of the policies we have in place are:

  • if you would like contactless check-in please let us know (otherwise we will be here to meet you - physical distancing of course!);
  • we prefer contactless payment;
  • we provide all your linen;
  • we follow all accommodation cleaning guidelines;
  • room servicing is normally carried out daily unless otherwise agreed;

Cancellation Policy and Booking Conditions

Deposit

We do not require a deposit to hold your booking, however, to confirm your booking we require your credit card details. As you complete the reservation on-line you will be taken to a secure website where you can enter these.

Method of payment:

Cash or credit card (no Diners or Amex)

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

  1. There will be no charge if we are notified of the booking cancellation more than five days prior to check in date.
  2. Cancellation of less than five days prior to check in date will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of total booking being charged to the credit card used at time of booking.
  3. Full cost of reservation will be charged to the credit card used at time of booking in the case of non-arrival of guest where no notification has been given.
  4. Cancellation fees will not be charged if the room is rebooked.

Damage

The guest is responsible for all breakages and damage caused by the guest and any cost of repair or replacement is payable to the Hosts on demand.
