Cancellation Policy and Booking Conditions
We do not require a deposit to hold your booking, however, to confirm your booking we require your credit card details. As you complete the reservation on-line you will be taken to a secure website where you can enter these.
Method of payment:
Cash or credit card (no Diners or Amex)
Cancellation / Refund Policy:
- There will be no charge if we are notified of the booking cancellation more than five days prior to check in date.
- Cancellation of less than five days prior to check in date will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of total booking being charged to the credit card used at time of booking.
- Full cost of reservation will be charged to the credit card used at time of booking in the case of non-arrival of guest where no notification has been given.
- Cancellation fees will not be charged if the room is rebooked.
The guest is responsible for all breakages and damage caused by the guest and any cost of repair or replacement is payable to the Hosts on demand.
